We all get pissed off from time to time.  Any healthy relationship will have a handful of misunderstandings here and there, but when you are fighting, there are a few things you really should never say to a man.

Arguing with Boyfriend Blunder #1  You Tell Him He Knocked You Up

Sometimes women will tell their boyfriend that they’re pregnant to try and get him to commit to her.  If you’re thinking of playing the “pregnancy card,” think again. Women might be more prone to working things out if there’s a new child on the way, but if you and your boyfriend have been fighting a lot, this probably will not have the desired effect.

On one hand, he will think that you’re trapping him..  If he’s pissed off at you, the last thing on earth he will want is to feel trapped with someone that pisses him off.

On the flip side, if it’s true that you’re pregnant, your boyfriend will be scared–really scared.  He may even try to get you to get an abortion.  I know that all the men you see on TV sitcoms aren’t precisely the brightest lightbulbs in the box, but the truth is that most men are not stupid.  They know that a kid isn’t going to clear up the problems that are straining your relationship.

If you’re lying about it, your boyfriend will find out sooner or later when you’re entering your third trimester and you can still fit into your size 4 jeans.  Is it really going to make things better if he thinks you’re liar and manipulator in addition to all the other issues going on?

Arguing with Boyfriend Blunder #2  Telling Him You Cheated

Maybe you’re pissed and you want to tell him about that time you and his best friend got wasted and one thing led to another…  I’m sure we’ve all been there at some point.  But how is this going to help you out?  This will still only make your boyfriend feel naive for ever having faith in an easy women like you.

You got it, all this is going to do is make you look like a sleazy woman that doesn’t deserve any respect.  Now, I’m going out on a limb here and I’m guessing that this isn’t exactly the kind of name you’re wanting for yourself.

Arguing with Boyfriend Blunder #3  Telling Him His Member is 2 Sizes Too Small

This is another subject you really don’t want to talk about, even if it’s true.  Of course you will probably succeed in making him feel insecure.  However, you’ll just be cutting yourself down at the same time.

Stunts like this will only cast you in a bad light because you’ll seem very shallow like you’re more worried about size than skill, if you follow me.  This will only make you come off as the female equal to one of those guys that slobbers over every pair of long legs that walks by.  This isn’t the kind of thing a respectable woman would do.

These 3 mistakes are things that women seem to do on a regular basis despite the fact that they only end up backfiring on them.  Trust me, I know how challenging it can be in the heat of the moment to stay cool, but you need to make sure that you act like a sophisticated and refined woman.  It may be easier to try to humiliate your boyfriend, but its vital not to tear yourself down as well.

Plus, the more dumb things you say, the more hurt you’re going to have to fix to save your relationship.  I know it’s difficult to do so in the heat of the moment, but you’ll want to keep a long-term view. Ask yourself is this something I’m going to regret saying later?  before you blurt it out.
